The company is not new. The focus is. We have been helping business owners with technology since 1998, and today all of that attention goes into one platform.
Where TekkieTeks came from
Lorenzo Zesati founded TekkieTeks in 1998 in Northern California. It began the way most of these things begin, with business owners who needed technology to work and somebody willing to sit down and make it work.
The company is based in North Scottsdale, Arizona today. It serves owners across the Phoenix metro in person and businesses across the country online.
What has stayed the same across all of it is the kind of customer. Not enterprises with an IT department. Owners who are busy running something real, and who want a straight answer from somebody they can actually reach.
Why we now work on HighLevel only
For years the honest answer to a small business owner asking how to get organised was a list. A website from one company. A booking tool from another. An email service. A separate way to text. Something to take payments. Every piece worked, and none of them talked to each other, and the owner sat in the middle doing the joining up by hand.
HighLevel does those jobs in one place. That is genuinely useful, and it is also the reason people get stuck, because one platform that does ten things takes real setting up before it does any of them.
So we stopped spreading ourselves across platforms and went deep on this one. Working on a single platform every day is the difference between having read the documentation and knowing what actually breaks.
How we work
We explain things in plain English
If a word needs explaining, we explain it in the same sentence or we do not use it. You will never be made to feel slow for asking what something means.
You talk to the people doing the work
There is no account manager relaying messages. You speak to Lorenzo or Dom, who are the ones actually in your account.
We say what something costs before we do it
If a request is outside what you are paying for, we tell you first, not on the invoice afterwards.
We set accounts up secure by default
Two factor authentication, proper user permissions and a verified sending domain are part of every build, not an upgrade.

Lorenzo Zesati
Founder
Lorenzo founded TekkieTeks in 1998 in Northern California and has spent the years since helping business owners get technology to do what they need. He works directly with clients on what their business actually requires before any of it gets built, and he is the person on the other end of the phone.
I started TekkieTeks in 1998, up in Northern California. The technology has changed more times than I can count. What has not changed is that a business owner wants one person who picks up the phone and tells them the truth.

Dom builds client websites and handles HighLevel implementation alongside Lorenzo. He works across the build side of the Path, from pages and funnels through to the automations behind them.
