Is the audit really free?
Yes. It is how we start most conversations. There is no obligation to buy anything afterwards.
Do I have to give you access to my account?
For the Account Health Check, yes, we need to look inside it to tell you anything useful. We ask for view access separately and you can remove it at any time.
Will you sell to me afterwards?
We will tell you what we found and what we would do about it. If you want us to do the work, we will quote it. If you want to take the list away and do it yourself, that is genuinely fine.
What if I am not sure which option to pick?
