Common questions
Will this feel automated to my customers?
Only if it is written badly. We write the messages to sound like you, and anything that needs a real answer comes to you.
Can I still text people myself?
Yes. The automation handles the predictable messages. You carry on having real conversations, in the same place.
Can you bring contacts over from another system?
Yes. Importing and tidying contact data is part of the work, and we check it landed correctly before anything sends.
What if somebody replies STOP?
They are opted out automatically and stop receiving messages. That is a legal requirement and it is built in.
Do texts cost extra?
Yes. Phone, email and AI usage are billed separately at cost. We do not mark them up.
