Step 02, Build
A website that books appointments, not just one that looks good
A good looking website that does nothing is an expensive brochure. We build pages that put people on your calendar and your contacts in one list.
Most small business websites are a dead end
Someone lands on the page, reads it, likes it, and then has nothing obvious to do next.
No way to book
A phone number and a contact form, and the visitor has to wait for you to get back to them. Half of them will not.
The form goes nowhere useful
Enquiries arrive as an email in a busy inbox, get scrolled past, and never make it into any kind of list.
It is stitched together
Website with one company, booking tool with another, and the two do not share a single piece of information.
What we set up
Because the site is built inside HighLevel, the page, the form, the calendar and the contact record are all the same system. Somebody books and they are already in your pipeline.
No plugins to keep updated and nothing to reconnect when one tool changes.
- Your website, built and written to be read
- Funnels for a specific offer or campaign
- Forms that land straight in your contact list
- Surveys and quizzes for qualifying enquiries
- A booking system connected to your calendar
- A blog, if you want somewhere to publish
- A chat widget on the site
How it works
We work out what the page must do
Before any design, we agree the one thing a visitor should do. Usually book. Sometimes call, or ask for a quote.
We build it in HighLevel
Pages, forms and the booking calendar, wired together and tested on a phone as well as a desktop.
We put it live and watch it
We check the first real enquiries land where they should, and fix anything that does not.
What you get
A finished, working site rather than a design file and good luck.
- A website built inside HighLevel
- A booking calendar connected to your availability
- Forms that create a contact record automatically
- Pages that work properly on a phone
- A chat widget ready for an AI employee
- Basic page titles and descriptions set for search
- A walkthrough so you can edit your own text
What it costs
Build is part of the Launch, Build + Care package. Larger builds are quoted per project, because a one page booking site and a full membership build are genuinely different jobs.
From $3,500 setup and $450 a month
HighLevel bills its own subscription separately. Phone, email and AI usage are billed separately at cost. After launch, you are not on your own
Every build can roll straight into a Care Plan, so the account keeps getting better instead of slowly going stale.
Each month our team handles fixes, updates, the new automations you think of later, training for you or your staff, and a review of the account to catch problems before you feel them.
Common questions
Can you move my existing website across?
Yes. Moving a site into HighLevel is normal Build work. We rebuild the pages in HighLevel rather than importing them, which is why it needs quoting.
Do you work on WordPress?
No. We work on HighLevel only. That focus is the reason we know it properly.
Can I edit the site myself afterwards?
Yes, and we show you how. Most owners want to change their own text and prices without asking anybody.
Do you write the words as well?
We can. Tell us about the business and we will draft the pages for you to approve.
What about search engines?
We set page titles, descriptions and a sensible heading structure as part of the build. Ongoing search work is a separate conversation.
