HighLevel bills its own subscription separately. Phone, email and AI usage are billed separately at cost.After launch, you are not on your own

Common questions
Do I need a HighLevel account before we start?
No. We can get the account opened with you, or work in an account you already have.
What is A2P texting registration?
It is the approval that phone carriers require before a business can send text messages. It is paperwork about your business and how you will use texting. We fill it in and follow it through.
Will I lose my existing contacts?
No. Moving contacts across is part of the work, and we check the data landed correctly before anything goes live.
Who owns the account at the end?
Your choice. You can run on an account our team manages, or own your own HighLevel account. Your data is yours either way.
